Up Close and Personal

Sarra is a Greene County native. After attending Washington and Jefferson College where she earned her Bachelors in Political Science, Sarra attended Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During her third year of law school, Sarra became a Certified Legal Intern through the Tribone Center for Clinical Legal Education with the Family Law Clinic. This experience gave her an early start in the courtroom representing indigent persons’ family law matters.

Before joining Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebenek & Eck, PLLC, Sarra clerked for the Honorable Jesse Pettit in Washington County, PA. During her time as a law clerk, Sarra gained valuable experience in various areas, including protection from abuse, family, and criminal law. In this position, she refined her abilities in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy. This practical experience in judicial decision-making gave Attorney Dotts a distinct viewpoint, allowing her to foresee challenges and develop effective solutions for her clients.

In her free time, Sarra enjoys reading, cycling, and traveling.
